Student grade level is based on the grade in which the student is currently enrolled. In the summer, ECS uses the grade the student has just completed.
We accept debit, credit, check or money order. We do not accept cash or American Express.
No. Payments are easily lost, and it is not the teacher's responsibility to keep track of payments. All payments are made when you register online. Visit www.ecsforall.org for the registration link for the program of interest.

Since ECS programs are self-supporting, each class has a minimum number of students required to cover expenses. Those classes that do not meet the minimum number of students are subject to cancellation. Cancellations are made 24 hours before the start date of courses. This is why it is important to register 48 hours before the class begins to assure we know you are interested before cancellations are made. If that should happen, every effort will be made to notify you by email or phone to find you an alternate class, or process your refund. Refunds are made to the form of payment you used to pay for the course or program. ECS reserves the right to cancel classes based on class size, and to change any of the information published in the schedule of classes.
Yes, our Eleyo system does automatically send out a reminder confirmation a couple days before the start date of each course.
Each Enrichment course states the age/grade levels per course. Kid's Club accept Preschool students through grade six. Child's Play Preschool includes age three and potty trained through age five.

If a class is canceled by ECS, you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after a class begins. Refunds will be issued up until the day class begins. If your child has been asked to leave a class or program because of a behavioral problem, a refund will not be issued.
There are a limited number of partial financial aid scholarships available for the Kid's Club, Child's Play Preschool and summer academic Enrichment classes. Please call to receive an application at 480.575.2440.
