Welcome to October,
We will begin this month by talking about Fall and what happens in Fall. We will be doing a sink or float experiment with pumpkins.
We will explore ants and spiders this month as well as apples, pumpkins and of course Halloween. Our Science focus for October is going to be Constellations stories. Letters for this month are C, O, Q and G along with our shapes and colors.
Parent teacher conferences are the week of the 17th-20th, I will be putting out the schedule for you to sign up to meet with me next week. I will be available before and after school as well as most of the day Thursday the 20th. There is no preschool on Thursday or Friday the 20th and 21st.
We will have our Fall party on Friday the 28th from 2:00-3:00pm. We will invite our Tuesday/Thursday class to join us on for the celebration.
Our class pictures will be taken on Tuesday and Wednesday the 11th and 12th.
Please remember that Show and Tell is on Thursday and Friday only. Children are bringing toys to school on other days and expecting to share them.
