Welcome to November,
I cannot believe how the time is flying. We are ready for some cooler fall weather.
This month our Science focus is going to be Matter: Mass. We will be exploring how gravity affects us and learning that everything is made of atoms.
We will continue to learn from our friendly alien “Z” how to be a good friend.
We will continue to practice our numbers and we will make a number book.
We will be talking about families this month. I would like you to send in a baby picture of your child and tell us how you chose your child’s name. We are going to share these and make a picture book for our class. We will be exploring how families are both alike and different.
We will be creating a “Thankful Tree” and talking about things we are thankful for as Thanksgiving approaches.
Our Music and Me theme this month is “Let’s Play”.
We have assigned each child a day of the week to do “Show and Tell”. If you do not remember what day your child is assigned, please check with me.
We’re looking forward to a busy month of learning.
