Programs and Curriculum
We encourage all of our families to come learn about our program and curriculum. Parents are a valued part of our program. Together we hope to meet each child’s individual learning styles and abilities and prepare them for future schooling. Young children learn primarily by “doing” by becoming involved in the activities that are provided for them.
Child’s Play Preschool aligns its curriculum with the Arizona Department of Education's Early Learning Standards. This curriculum focuses on the whole child, emphasizing the ability to interact with other children, adults, and materials within an environment of play. Children participate in various project-based activities, guided investigations, and the use of materials that are concrete and relevant to the lives of young children. The emphasis is on the process, not the product. Each location offers unique focuses that help children grow and learn in a safe environment.
