What are the hours for childcare?
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, M-F
Part-time at one campus 8:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, M-F

What will be the fee for summer childcare?
Full time- $170.00 per week Part time- $85.00 per week
Will CDC Emergency ChildCare Guidelines be followed?
Yes, distancing protocols will be accommodated for personal space allowances and in recreational activities. Frequent hand washing and sanitizing will occur throughout the day. (CDC Guidance for Child Care) or click on the Distancing & Sanitizing at Kid's Club FAQ's button
What will be the adult to student ratio?
1:9, one adults to 9 Children
What types of activities will be offered in childcare?
Art projects, Puzzles, Individual Games, Coloring, Electronics, Movies, STEM materials and Large Motor Activities. The materials will be sanitized between each use.
Will there be an opportunity for physical activity in the childcare program?
Children will rotate within their group for a gym time that will incorporate individual materials such as hula hoops, balls, scooters etc. The materials will be disinfected between each group.
Can my child bring personal electronic devices to childcare?
Yes but they cannot share with others.
What can I expect when I drop off my child at the site for childcare
We will check each child’s temperature daily and additional health questions will be asked before a child is admitted to the site.
What about snacks and lunch?
ECS will provide AM and PM snacks. Each student will need to bring a Sack Lunch daily if in full time care. Please indicate allergies in the notes of your registration.
Will ECS be offering Enrichment and Edgenuity classes?
ECS will offer some virtual, high interest enrichment classes. Edgenuity for credit retrieval will be open for HS.
What are some of the Enrichment classes you will be offering?
Preschool, Kinder Prep, First Grade Prep, Ramp Up Reading, and topics such as STEM, handwriting, cooking, sewing, crafts, cultures, social emotional learning, math, study skills, and more
Will parents be responsible for buying materials for Enrichment classes?
Yes, most classes will need either simple, commonly found materials, access to online materials, and/or online materials to download and print. The required materials or access to online materials will be included in the description of each class.
What is the duration of the Enrichment classes?
Most classes are either two or four weeks long throughout the months of June and July, beginning June 1.
What are the prices of the Enrichment classes?
Prices will vary per class based on the amount of access to the instructor or materials online. Prices per class will be published when the classes are open for registration..
What practices will be used in the Kid’s Club child care programs to protect the health of my child?
Daily Screenings for the following signs: ● Fever ● Dry coughing ● Shortness of breath. Adults and children presenting any of these symptoms must contact their health provider before entering the program to determine if they are related to COVID-19 or any other illness.
What are the daily health and social practices?
● Constant and proper hand washing for adults and children
● Daily cleaning and disinfecting of materials, toys, bathrooms and surfaces

Can I send my other children to child care even if another family member is confirmed sick with the Coronavirus?
We are requiring that your child stay home from school for 14 days following the most recent exposure to any member of your household, or any other person in contact with your child, who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Who will not BE ABLE to enter the facilities?
Persons who have a fever of 100.40 (38.00C) or above or other signs of illness should not be admitted to the facility. Encourage parents to be on the alert for signs of illness in their children and to keep them home when they are sick.
What will happen if there is a confirmed case of Covid-19 if found at the facility?
If there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the facility, the provider must close the facility and consult with their local health department on next steps and when to reopen
